This is my take on those rustic circle sourdough loaves. But I am a yeast baker so I use a fermenting process to help with flavor and shelf life. It’s got this amazing flavor guys and the crust is impeccable. The crumb is tender and airy with a good chew. This is for your bartending friend who goes to the farmers market at 2 pm on a Tuesday to grab fresh limes for the margaritas they’re gonna shake for the crew. Y’all go outand have a good time you crash at their place. They wake you up at like 8 am and you’re almost pissed but then they put this plate in your face. It’s avocado toast with a fluffy scrambled egg, bacon bits, everything bagel seasoning, hot honey, and red pepper flakes. But the bread they used you can’t find it anywhere it bothers you. It was such a crucial part of the meal. You dream about the crunch, the chew, the salted crumb,
