Class objectives:

• Understand how to clean and tenderize chicken breast to give the bird a clean flavor base and keep it juicy while cooking.

• Master seasoning a chicken breast so that you can create the cajun-blackened flavor and look.

• Master searing and cooking a chicken breast that is juicy and FULLY COOKED.

• Understanding how to properly heat a pan for the best searing results.

Class incudes:

• step-by-step instructions and hands-on help.

• A Chicken breast lol

• All the oil and seasonings needed

• Two sides (rice and green beans) and a dinner roll to go with the meal

• Opportunity to meet friends and mingle with the baddest (me lol)

The Home Ec Club is here !

Come out and grab some good burgers and dogs straight off the grill and into some homemade buns. We will have drinks, music, and good ole fun. Bring out your water guns, water balloons, and I’ll be sure to set the scene for a good ole time.
