How does ordering for pickup/delivery work?

I bake everything to order to give the freshest and most delicious products possible. When you place a shipping or pickup order, you will get an email notification when your treat is complete. I am currently working on putting Lona Rai’s on food delivery platforms. You can look me up on the “Cookin” app, though!

How does shipping work?

Here at Lona Rai’s, I have a turnaround time of 48 to 72 hours for all of my products. I bake everything to order to keep the flavor fresh. And once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your order details.

How do I warm my treat?

One can put the item in a preheated 350-degree oven for 3-5 minutes (or more if needed). Breads can be sliced and toasted as usual. You can also warm up most treats in the microwave in 10-30 sec bursts until you reach your desired warmth. Please do not warm cheesecakes or full cakes.
